So my biggest issue with working with past realtors is responsiveness! I would categorize myself as a high maintenance client who expects very frequent feedback and interaction on what's going on with either a new home purchase or sale of a existing property. Unlike other realtors that I have worked with in the past, Debbie has always been very responsive and has always addressed any issues or concerns in a very timely manner. If I called or sent a text, I would always get an acknowledgement in a very timely manner, usually less than 5 minutes! I should also note that Debbie knew her stuff. I often looked at distressed or atypical properties for renovation and Debbie was very knowledgeable about resale potential.
